I’m a social entrepreneur with a focus on operations, passionate about how companies can affect people and communities. 

Since moving to San Francisco, I’ve been able to translate my experience in film production – a career based on coordinating large teams of people to ensure the success of an individual project – to enable a startup workforce of smart, efficient and productive people who love what they do.

I have a wide range of experience building out new systems and processes for young companies, and working on projects designed to improve productivity and department scalability. My focus is on increasing productivity and job satisfaction for each team member, while at the same time ensuring the best possible client experience.
